  I can't speak to the quality of the service or products offered by the Frame Shop, and though the employees seem to be nice reasonable people the owner Bill signed up for services with my company through Elavon Canada to save him money on his services with Global Payments. We were specifically told he used analog phone lines and sent him equipment set to function with a standard phone line connection. After sending more him 2 units that were "pieces of s***" that "don't work", he discovered he used VOIP lines for his business, which is digital and incompatible with his phone system. He called back to tell me about this, and also to tell me he had just gotten an outrageous bill from Global Payments and he desperately wanted to get everything hooked up with us (what we put in place for him saved him %50 of what Global was billing him). We arranged to have a wireless unit sent out to him as a rush, which I paid for personally as the salesperson for the account, and he said "if ever you come to Yukon, I'm gonna take you out for dinner". The wireless unit apparently worked for a few hours and then dropped the signal once. Bill lost his cool again, calling and yelling about how the terminal was a "piece of s*** and didn't work" so he had kept everything with Global Payments until we got him a working machine. Again, we tested and shipped him another unit. When he got it he refused to install the unit, and he has been incredibly rude and impolite to all of the staff here who have bent over backwards and the company has paid out quite a bit to rush deliver him 4 separate units now. He refuses to pick up the phone 99% of the time, and the 1% of the time he does answer you wish he didn't because he just berates and curses and hangs up the phone. He claims to have returned the units, which must have gone to a warehouse somewhere and are now lost. Our company is out 4 units, shipping fees on 3 terminals, and I personally am out the cost of rush delivering 1 of the terminals and he talks to me as if I beat his dog. Everything was carefully explained and yet he says we are a fraudulent company, he has slandered our partners, and has closed his bank account to ensure he doesn't have to pay for the services he signed up for OR the terminals he had us order and then lost. The only reason I am writing this review is because Mr. Bill Barnie has threatened to slander us further and file complaints against us with the Chamber of Commerce. There is literally no other recourse for myself, and though he will be pursued legally to cover the costs he is required to pay by the companies whose services he requested I wanted to make sure that he can't just go on pretending that it's all everyone else's fault - he should understand what it is to take responsibility for his actions.
